to get out of the apartment, we took emma and dexter to kevin moran park in saratoga. while there, i saw a plague that dedicated the park to kevin moran. he passed away in 1995 from a stray bullet while attending a peace rally at uc berkeley. he was only 22 years old.
i like this park because it's so quiet and has lots of shade and grass area for the dogs to run around. dexter was off leash because he listens and doesn't run away whereas with emma, if she sees a squirrel, forget it.
