aaron had a one mile race in san rafael this morning. the race was broken out in different heats based on your age. aaron's heat was last because aaron is in the open division (anyone under 40). the picture is pre-race.

20 yards to the finish line. aaron's mile time was 5:40 something. woo-hoo!!! he is now napping on the couch ;)
